This high-purity pleated polypropylene filter cartridge features a large surface area and a 100% polypropylene construction, designed for efficient removal of both fine and coarse particulate from liquid process streams. The pleated depth media maximizes dirt-holding capacity while maintaining low pressure drop and extended service life.
The filter media is encapsulated in a single, continuous, thermally bonded structure, ensuring excellent cleanliness, high pressure tolerance, and outstanding chemical inertness. With no adhesives, binders, or surfactants, the cartridge is ideal for applications requiring high purity and minimal extractable.
Available in both absolute-rated grades (up to 99.98% particle retention) and nominal-rated grades (90% retention), this cartridge is offered in a full range of industry-standard end configurations to ensure easy integration into existing filtration systems.
