Working Principle

The Alva High and Low Temperature Circulator is an integrated system that provides both cooling and heating functions, designed to deliver precise temperature control for external equipment such as reactors, jacketed vessels, and distillation systems.

This unit consists of a refrigeration system, heating system, circulation system, and intelligent control system.

  • The refrigeration circuit adopts mechanical compression cooling using a fully enclosed compressor, combined with an air-cooled condenser, plate-type heat exchanger, expansion valve, and pressure protection system to achieve reliable and efficient cooling performance.

  • The heating circuit uses electric heating tubes to rapidly heat the circulating fluid to the desired temperature.

  • Through the built-in circulation pump and external circulation pipelines, the heating or cooling medium is continuously delivered to the interlayer of the connected reactor or equipment, achieving indirect heat exchange for precise temperature control of the material.

During operation, the outlet port of the circulator connects to the inlet of the reactor jacket, while the return flow from the reactor enters the return port of the circulator, forming a closed-loop circulation that ensures stable and consistent temperature regulation.
