Job Title: Sales Engineer
Job Duties:
Prepare and develop technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to
customers, Discuss equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers;
provide detailed analytics to show customers why the lab equipment will help or fit the customers’ business; Answer customers’ queries on scientific or technical issues; Generate high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders; modify products to meet customers'; technical requirements and needs； Help customers who have problems with installed lab equipments and recommending improved or upgraded materials and machinery; arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of lab equipment sold to customers; Solicit and log client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers; attend trade shows and seminars to promote lab instruments and learn about the developing trends in lab instruments industry; Identify areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management and engineering team at manufacturer; provide information needed for the development of custom-made instruments; Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of lab instruments products and services provided by employer; keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about emerging technologies and the latest product-line developments.

Hours/ Week: 40 hours/ week
Salary: $78,229 per year
Education Required: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering field
Experience Required: 2 year
